George joined Scott & Stringfellow in 1982 and Sterling Capital Management as part of a business realignment in January 2013. He has been portfolio manager of the Fund since inception. He has investment experience since 1982 and is a graduate of the University of Virginia and received his MBA at the Darden Graduate School of Business.
